Visitation is from 10:30 am until 11:30 am, on Wednesday, September 14, 2016, at the Walker Funeral Home - West End, 930 Findlay Street, Cincinnati (45214). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45248.
