Roosevelt Packer, age 80, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born May 7, 1934 in Hubert, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., on Monday, May 4, 2015, at the Walker Funeral Home Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment is in Vine Street Hill Cemetery at Cincinnati, Ohio.
