In Loving Memory of Ronald Allen Wilson (Ronnie) August 16, 1950 - August 28, 2017 September 2, 2017 Fifth Christian Church 3203 Wold Avenue Cincinnati, OH 45207 Obituary Ronald Allen Wilson (Ronnie), age 67, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 28, 2017. Ronnie was born in Cincinnati, Ohio, on August 16, 1950, to Rebecca Herald and Louis Wilson (deceased). He accepted the Lord as his Savior and was baptized at an early age at Fifth Christian Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ronnie was a marine who served in the Vietnam War. During his time in the service, Ronnie attained skills as a certified carpenter, which led to Ronnie being known as "Mr. Fix-it" when he returned from the war. He used the skills to assist many, including family members and friends. Health issues forced Ronnie to end his 17 year career with the Accu-Pak Midwest Company. Ronnie will always be remembered for his laughter, his love of music, his upbeat personality and his closeness with his family. He will be deeply missed. Ronnie is survived by his loving mother, Rebecca Herald Madaris; his dedicated aunt, Madge Davis Steagall; his sons Donte Wilson, Raymond Herald; granddaughter, Nakyra Herald; first cousins, Elaine Davis White (Ken), Bonita Davis Griffin (Archie), Regina Davis, companion Michelle Nettles and good friend Priscilla (Pat Hexler) and a host of other relatives and friends. Ronnie is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mrs. Ada Herald; his grandfather, Mr. Raymond Herald and his father, Louis Wilson.
