Ronald L. Starr, age 72, passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born February 12, 1945, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at the St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, 2365 Compton Road, Mt. Healthy (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
