Ronald Timothy Sheffield, age 65, passed away Thursday, April 24, 2014. He was born September 21, 1948 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Ronald Timothy 'Ronnie Papa Toul' Sheffield was born on September 21, 1948 at General Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio to Green and Martha Sheffield (Combs). He was one of seven children to this union; Helen, Raymond, Mary, Wayne and Ernest. He is preceded in death by his baby sister, Christine Sheffield Stegall. Ron was baptized on September 30, 1962 at Zion Baptist Church in North Avondale, where he was raised. He united in marriage with Beverly on June 3, 1995. He graduated with his Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. He also was a D.J. and a fabulous instrument player. He had a passion for life, cooking, and music, but his biggest passion was his family. Ronnie was called home on April 24, 2014. Ron left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered, whether it was through a smile, a song, a dance or his 'words of expression.' He will be truly missed by many. He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Beverly Sheffield; his children, Deanne 'Peanut', Regina, Jeff, Rhonda, Rydell, Marlena, Timothy, Jr., Dontae Desiree', Princess, Deon, Ed, and Tony; his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and a host of other relatives and friends.
