Funeral Ceremony Friday, January 3rd, 2014 - 12:00 PM - Ninth Street Baptist Church 231 E 9th Street - Covington , KY - 41011 Visitation Friday, January 3rd, 2014 - 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Ninth Street Baptist Church 231 E 9th Street - Covington , KY - 41011 Ronald 'Biggs' Rice was born and raised in Covington, Kentucky to the late James and Lenora Rice on April 28, 1955. He departed this life to be with God on December 29, 2013. Ronald accepted Christ several years ago and was a member of 9th Street Baptist Church under leadership of Rev. Fowler. He was united in marriage to Carrie Ewing on October 14, 2003. 'Biggs' loved to dress and was very matriculous about his appearance. He had a flare and style for dressing that was unparalled. He was truly a sharped dressed man! 'Biggs' had a love of life and an outgoing spirit. He never met a stranger. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother who leaves to cherish his memory: his wife Carrie Rice; nine sons, Ronald Carter, Ricardo Bailey, Jody Ingram, William Jennings, Kermanuel Rice, Kenneth Evans, Aairon Rice, Donshea Wilson, Ronald Rice Jr.; three daughters, Tiwanna Bailey, Lakida Joash (Sam), Tyesha Rice and a host of grandchildren, eight brothers, Michael, Donald, Bennett (Maria), Robert, Frank, Bruce, Jerry (Carmen) and Jeff; six sisters, Carolyn, Anna, Mary, Geraldine, Bonita and Beverly; a very special friend, Anthony; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by sister Louella and four brothers, James, Tyrone, Gerald and Larry.
