Ronald David Noakes Sr., age 80, of Cincinnati, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 20, 1939, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11:30 a.m., on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at Arlington Memorial Gardens. (Meet inside cemetery at Family Parking Area at 11:20 a.m.)
Interment will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens , 2145 Compton Road, Mt. Healthy, Ohio 45231.
