Ronald Eugene Jamison, known as "Ronnie" by family and friends, was born on November 8, 1950, to the late Cora Lee and Henry Jamison. God dispatched His angels to bring Ronnie home suddenly on Saturday, January 24, 2026. He was 75 years old.

After graduating from Withrow High School, Ronnie enlisted in the United States Army during the Vietnam War in 1970, where he served for nine years, attaining the rank of SSGT. Ronnie lived a life filled with love, laughter, and kindness. He was known for his warm smile, gentle demeanor, and unwavering generosity.

Ronnie enjoyed reading, watching movies, and walking. During his walks, he frequently visited the library, where he read about laws and the Constitution. Ronnie will always be remembered by his nieces and nephews for giving them bubble gum and taking their pictures during his visits. All who knew him loved him. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend.

He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ruby Williams; one aunt, Nellie Brookins; two brothers, Henry Morris (Aretha) and Herman Curtis (Sarah); and three sisters, Thelma Delores, Joyce Elaine, and Carolyn Elizabeth Strattman (Walter).

He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, Thomas Lee (Joan) and Rickey David (Eartha); three sisters, Ruby Louise Branch (Timothy), Melinda Annette, and Debra Jean; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

A graveside service at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, February 12, 2026, at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.  Meet at the Administration Building at 10:45am - 10:50 a.m.
