Obituary

Roman A. "Tony" Chaike, 62, husband of Cynthia George, passed away on Wednesday October 31, 2018 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, OH.  Tony was born January 5, 1956 in Cincinnati, OH, he was the son of Roman "Ray" and Rose LaFollette Chaike. Tony was a graduate of Colerain High School and spent a long career in the maintenance mechanic field.  He was an avid race fan of all forms of racing including Indy Cars, Nascar and his first love, Sprint Cars.  He and wife Cindy were together for 24 years. He is survived by his daughters Catherine Chaike (Chris Fisher) and Samantha Atoyan (Michael), stepdaughter Chrisy Coates (Chris), 5 grandchildren including Christopher and Lilliana Fisher, sisters Deborah Dine (Dave) and Suzanne Richardson (Donny), brother Nelson Chaike, and by nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and a great step-grandchild.  Services will be held at White Oak Christian Church, 3675 Blue Rock Rd. 45247 on Wednesday November 7, 2018 with visitation at 5 pm followed by a service at 6:30 pm.  In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
