Robert Lee Rothwellington, age 63, of  Mason, Ohio passed away May 11, 2025.   He was born November 27, 1963, in Los Angeles, California.  He was a flight instructor and commercial pilot. He passed away suddenly and unexpectedly from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. 

Robert moved to Cincinnati in 2003, to work with UC Aviation Program.  He was a commercial pilot with single, multi engine, helicopter, gyrocopter, and flight instructor ratings.  He had over 10,000 flight hours. Later he started flying for Fedex.  He loved aviation and taught many students over the years.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his caring brother, James A. Rothwellington; his uncle, Henry Hale, and his beloved McCall named Kiwi.   

In honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place.  He was laid to rest at Hollywood Forever in Hollywood, California.
