Robert Dewayne Penland, age 53, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019. He was born July 3, 1966, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 3:00 pm until 4:00 pm, on Friday, November 15, 2019, at the St. Marks Christian Fellowship, 820 Ezzard Charles Drive, Cincinnati (45203). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 4:00 pm.
