Robert Lee "Bobby" Kemper, age 80, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on April 24, 2025. He was born on October 23, 1944.

Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, William J. and Willa Kemper; his siblings, Stewart Kemper and Willa Mae Clisby; and his mother-in-law, Ruby Holliman.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Seneta Kemper; his four children, Kevin, Shane, Kirby, and Brian "Boochie"; and two daughters-in-law, Portia and Angie. He also leaves behind his brothers-in-law, George (Reffie), Johnny (Carmen), and Jerry Hudson; his cherished grandchildren, Courtney, Kevin "Kevo," Amira, Elijah, and Nia; and great-grandchildren, Camar, Martae, and special great-grandson, Coryen "Cam."

Bobby is also survived by his beloved sister, Charolette Ann Kemper, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will remember him with love and admiration.

Graveside service at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Glendale 45246.
