It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Robert  Lee Burns  Sr. , age 74, of Covington, Kentucky,  who entered eternal rest on Thursday, October 17, 2024, in Covington,  Kentucky.   He was born on Tuesday, June 6, 1950, in Knoxville, Alabama.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Saturday, October 26, 2024, at the Latonia Christian Church 3900 Decoursey Ave., Covington, KY 41015.   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Kentucky State Veterans Cemetery North, 205 Eibeck Lane, Williamstown, Kentucky 41097.
