Ricky Russell Skaggs Jr., age 34, of Cincinnati, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born October 21, 1985 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati 45232.
