Richard Evans Whitmire Jr., age 71, passed away on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born March 21, 1947 in Woodruss, South Carolina.
A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, 22, 2019 at New Jerusalem Baptist Church, 26 W. North Bend Road, Carthage (45216).
