Richard Wayne Waits a Veteran of the United States of America who was born on September 10, 1944, won his victory and went to be with the Lord on October 31, 2016, at 4:15 am at the age of 72. Born in Batavia, Ohio and a long-time resident of West Chester, Ohio and a Retired plant supervisor of Jefferson Smurfit as well as an employee of Kate Spade. The son of (father) Luther Fred Waits Jr. And (Mother) Agnes Pauline Waits. Rick is survived by his fiance Linda Gabriel. His children( Katie and Tony Fulks), (Kristy Martinez and Jose Justo) , (Paula and Darrell Barrett) , (Frank Charles Ellman and Miranda Strange) and proceeded in death Kellie Taylor.Rick had eight grandchildren Maria, Mauricio, Ja'Niyah, Manuel, and Ivan, Tony Jr, Ava, and Kali. 2 great grandchildren Cristian and Isabella. Rick had a passion for farming and raising cattle to show at cattle competitions where he won a lot of shows. He loved to be with his family and enjoyed sports his favorite sport to play was golf. Rick was diagnosed with liver and pancreatic cancer in 2016.He gave his self to God and accepted him as his personal savior in Christ and was baptized at West Chester Church of Nazarene in 2016. Rick was a strong fighter, and he never gave up. He won his victory. Rick was loved by all his family and friends. I haven't really left you even though it may seem so I've gone to my heavenly home, and am closer than you know.
