In Memory of Richard Bauer Uhle, Sr. August 2, 1918 - November 19, 2010 Service: Private Services UHLE, Richard B. Uhle was born in Springfield, Ohio and grew up in Cleveland with his three brothers. He received a degree in mechanical engineering from Brown University in 1940 and a Masters in business from Harvard. He was a Lieutenant Colonel in the U. S. Army Air Corp in WWII. He was president of Pfleuger Fishing and Tackle Company and Ohio Presbyterian Homes. 'Dick' lost his beloved wife of 67 years, Dorothy on March 19, 2010. For 24 years they lived in Port Clinton, Ohio and were leaders at the Firelands Presbyterian Church. He had four children, Ruby, Karen, Sarah, and Richard and seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A private service for the family will be held.
