Richard Carlos Thrasher, age 43, of Cincinnati, passed away on Friday, January 31, 2020, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born September 12, 1976, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, 45220.
