Richard  Phenix, age 76, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Sunday, September 5, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  February 11, 1945, in Addyston, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, September 18, 2021, at the Bethel Baptist Church, 2712 Alms Place, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.
