Richard Barry Johnson was born on August 26, 1960, to Jimmy Walker (deceased) and Jessie Mae Wallace. Richard was schooled in the Cincinnati Public School District and worked several jobs but was particularly fond of his work experience at Easter Seals where he made corn hole sets before they became as popular as they are today. Richard departed this life of September 23, 2017, at 12:05 pm after battling with A-Fibulation. This illness caused our beloved to suffer a massive heart attack that took him peacefully from this life but will be welcomed by God into Heaven as later in life he established a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our beloved Richard "Loved His Family"! He frequently went to see his mother and because he couldn't drive would let all his siblings know he missed them when he hadn't seen them followed by "I ain't seen you since ____." Richard leaves to mourn his departure, his loving mother (Jessie), brothers, Willie, Gregory (Penny), Christopher (Christina) and James; along with his one and only sister and confidant, Angela (William) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Although Richard had many friends and associates, the family would like to recognize Mario, Scott, Pauline Herring, Mr. Robert Shanklin and Les Cook. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at the House of Praise , 8780 Colerain Avenue, Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
