Richard Allen Hudgies, age 31, passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 13, 1984, in Detroit, Michigan. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, June 4, 2016, at the St. Mark AME Zion Church, 9208 Daly Road, Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
