Richard Lee Howard, age 73, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born December 6, 1942, in Prattville, Alabama. Visitation is from 9:30 am until 10:30 am, on Saturday, December 17, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery , 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
