It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Richard Lowell Arthur, age 84, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, May 3, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Friday, July 5, 1940, in Dayton, Ohio.
