Richard Jerome Allen Jr., age 45, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born  March 15, 1974 in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm on Friday, October 11, 2019 at the New Prospect Baptist Church, 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati  (45237).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
