Rebecca "Becky" Alice Popp (nee Kemper) February 5, 1946 - July 11, 2023

Rebecca "Becky" Alice Popp, age 77, of Elsmere, Kentucky, went to her heavenly home on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. She was born in Covington, Kentucky to the late William Kemper and Minnie Kammerer. She grew up in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, and liked ballet dancing as a little girl.

She is survived by her husband Frederick Popp of Elsmere, Kentucky, son Tony Popp (wife Kelly) of Florence, Kentucky, and son Steve Popp (Elsmere), as well as grandson Ryan Popp (Florence), granddaughter Brianne Wilson (husband Hagan), and great-grandchildren: Elijah Crabtree, Ariana Popp, and Hudson Wilson.

Becky enjoyed 59 years of marriage with her husband, Fred. She graduated from Highlands High School in Ft. Thomas, Kentucky. She was a homemaker. Her hobbies and interests included camping, going on trips with her friends, making ceramic figures, collecting Precious Moments, reading novels and cookbooks, and listening to country music. She especially enjoyed Alan Jackson. You could frequently expect to see Becky at a movie theater with her family on Friday afternoons. Finding new recipes and cooking for her family was one of her greatest passions. Her husband, Fred, said it best about her, "Anyone who really knew Becky loved her." She will be dearly missed!

The visitation will start at 9:30 A.M., followed by Holy Mass at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, July 24 at St. Therese Catholic Church, 11 Temple Place, Southgate, KY 41071.
