Raymond Lockett Jr. 85, of Covington, Kentucky, died on August 5, 2024.  He was born in February 28, 1939, in Miami, Florida to the late Raymond and Rosa Mae Lockett.

Ray attended Mays High School in Miami, Florida.  He also proudly served in the US Army for several years.  He later obtained an Associates degree in business administration.  He spent most of his work life as an expert automotive spray-painter!  Ray loved his family, fishing, football, attending church and riding his motorcycle!

He was preceded in death by wife, Marianne Glen-Lockett;  sons, Alphonzo West and  Bruce Howell;  parents, Raymond Lockett Sr and Rosa Mae (I. W.) Adside;   siblings, Mary (Jim) Hanson, Dorothy (Eld G. W.) Terry, Calvin Lockett, and Christine Hicks.

Ray is survived by son, Brian (Danita) Howell; grandchildren, Danielle, Brandon, Bruce, Brice, Brett, and Brianna;  a host of nieces and nephews from Florida and Ohio.
