It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Raymond Allen Fowlkes, age 77, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on January 24, 1947, in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.

The family will observe private services.
