Raymin Oscar Woods, was born on August 16, 1966 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Frederick Woods and Jennifer (nee Tuggle) Woods Al-Nithami. Raymin was preceded in death by father Frederick Woods. Raymin attended the Cincinnati Public School District before graduating from Woodrow Wilson Military Preparatory School in Xenia Ohio. He later attended Central State College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education. He also attended Northwest University where he furthered his studies in the area of business administration. Raymin was very competitive and loved sports. After graduating from college, he played professional sports overseas. Raymin worked in sales prior to becoming ill. He enjoyed spending time with his family and his friends. He loved attending family gatherings, especially when his favorite foods were being served. Raymin being the only child he had many childhood friends and he called them his brothers and sisters. His two children were the True Light of his Life. He was well loved by his parents and family. Anyone that knew Raymin saw that he kept a smile on his face. After a long battle with illness, Raymond accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. He succumbed to Sarcoidosis (an auto immune disease) on September 5, 2014. Freeland; Aunts: Ramona (Billy) Banks, Janice Calloway, Diamond Tuggle, Georgina Mayes, Roslyn Blythe, Donna J. Woods; Special Friends Kristen Brinson, Dr. Joanna Perry & family, Joy Chatman, a host of brother-friends, sister-friends and relatives. Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at St. Mark AME Zion Church, 9208 Daly Road, Cincinnati (45231) with visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
