Rasheeda (Skeet) Noy was born on February 13, 1939, to Robert Young and Sadie Willingham whose names were later changed to Abdul and Sadie Rasool in Cincinnati, Ohio. She grew up with five loving sisters and to protected brothers. Rasheeda was also affectionately known as Skeet aka Nanny. She loved her family. She was kind and firm but fair. She was married to Johnson Noy (Bo) in February of 1959. He preceded her in her death on February 19, 2013. To this union was born four children. Delbert A. Rasool, Gail Lackey (Paul), Angela F. Thomas (Zackary) and Johnita Noy. And six grandchildren+ Vernisha Mitchell, Terrance Lackey Jr, Paulisha Lackey, Rakita Lackey, Paul Lackey Jr., Pooh Bear, please forgive me if I forgot all the names Grandma loved you all dearly and unconditionally. Also preceded her in death was a brother Nazeer Rasool and five sisters, Zahora Cooper, Geneva Meyers, Sadie Morgan, Fatima Napier and Besheera Suggs; and one living brother, Hazarat Rasool and a host of nieces and nephews. She loved all them very much. She truly will be missed. But she says don't cry for me I was a true child of God. I was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost for many years. I will see you again I'm not dead I'm just sleep. On Monday, March 28, 2016, at 5:34 p.m. God called her home she is now with Bo and God shouting around the throne.
