Ralph H. Hawkins, age 51, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016, in Ft Mitchell, Kentucky. He was born November 10, 1964, in Newport, Kentucky. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12 noon, on Saturday, February 27, 2016, at the New Hope Christian Fellowship, 941 Central Avenue, Newport (41071). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon. Interment will follow Mary E. Smith Cemetery in Erlanger, Kentucky.
