It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Rafael Sexton , age 44, of Colerain Twp. , Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Friday, January 3, 1969, in Hamilton, Ohio.
