Phyllis Hooker, age 69, passed away Tuesday, March 29, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born December 12, 1946. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, April 7, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
