Phyllis Marie Edwards , age 62, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2018, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born  July 24, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Friday, December 14, 2018, at the Walker Life Celebration Center - Walnut Hills, 1025 E. McMillan Street, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
