Phillip Wayne Simmons, age 54, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born June 23, 1961, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, March 26, 2016, at the Peace Baptist Church, 652 Rockdale Avenue, Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow Walnut Hills Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
