It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Phillip Neal, age 74, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, March 30, 2025, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Saturday, March 17, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
