Phillip Morris, age 76, passed away on Friday, July 14, 2017 in Mt. Healthy, Ohio. He was born October 1, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, July 21, 2017, at the Second Baptist Church - West College Hill, 6225 Betts Avenue, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45428.
