It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Phillip Bates, age 71, of  Covington, Kentucky, who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, April 27, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born on September 3, 1950, in Kentucky.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Saturday, May 7, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Covington, 1129 Garrard Street, Covington  (41011).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
