It is with deep sadness we announce the transition of Phalanza Derrick Francisco, age 63, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, December 1, 2023, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on December 6, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will take place at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 3117 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
