Perry Winston Smith Jr., age 82, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born February 17, 1937 in Greenville, South Carolina.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, July 13, 2019, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
