"Diddy" lived a life of dedication , adventure and deep commitment to his children family & friends!

He was the type of man who helped you in any way he could.

He had a heart of gold, always looking out for the next.

He loved his children more than anything in this world.

Percy was the life of the party (lol). His contagious goofy laugh, he would sit and just talk for hours. No matter how upset you were, he would turn that frown upside down. He was everyone’s listener but most of all funny, kind, caring ,a loving father ,a friend, a brother, uncle and so much more!

Mr. Lady’s man aka Mr. Personality will truly be missed.

Family was the heart of Percy’s life. He is survived by his loving partner Sarah Homan. His beloved children, Iyanna and Isaiah Reliford, Ciara, Kayla, Devlin & Tabin. He adored his grandchildren Oliver & Evelyn. His siblings Paul Reliford and Rochelle Reliford. Many nieces and nephews, Ivan Tolbert(Arlenia), Antwan Tolbert(Vonne), Eric Jones(LaToya), Natasha Reliford, Terrence Jones, NiNi Reliford, Mikey Williams, Todd Ricks and many more.

He was preceded in death by his mother Joann Lemons of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on Friday, June 12, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 3:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
