PENNY FOSTER Penny, beloved wife of Ronald D. Foster to whom she would have been married 42 years on the 23rd of this month, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 2 at her home. Penny is the loving mother of Kim Robbers and Keith Foster. Cherished grandmother of Joshua, Alisha, Keith, Nicole, Trenidy and Grace. She is also survived by her siblings Steve, Rick, Kathy and Nick Nelson. Penny will be loved and cherished by a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 8th at 7 p.m. at Central Baptist Church, 7645 Winton Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45224. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until the service at 7 p.m.
