Penny Bell Black, age 64, of Cincinnati, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  She was born July 27, 1955, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00am until 11:00am on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 at the New St. Paul Baptist Church, 1907 Freeman Avenue, Cincinnati  (45214).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00am.
