Paul Eugene Willingham, age 69, of Cincinnati, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born March 13, 1950, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206).   The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm.
