Paul Jermaine Morgan was born January 7, 1971 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was the eldest son of the late Curly Paul and Valerie Lynn Morgan. He was educated at Withrow Senior High School and the University of Cincinnati. Jermaine spoke several languages and was an avid interpreter. He attended St. Andrew Catholic Church. He leaves to morn his passing: one brother, Ethan A. Morgan; grandmother, Ida Morgan-Walker; aunt, Geraldine Morgan Fisher; uncle, Michael G. Morgan; great-aunt, Eddie Mac Harris; great-uncles, Charles Garrett, Raymond Harrell, Maurice Harrell;l cousins, Cheryl Bruce Giles, Catherine Clark. Eulogy Rev.
