Paul Lee Kay , age 51, passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2017 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born January 30, 1966, in Middletown, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, November 11, 2017, at the Quinn Chapel AME Church, 10998 Southland Road, Cincinnati (45240). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.
