On February 19, 1952, Paul Conner was born in Dowagiac, Michigan to Henrietta Menchaca and Charles Conner. I (Christine Wooten) met Paul in 2009 where he was residing at recovery hotel. (Over the Rhine Community Housing) I became Paul's Case Manager. Over the years I found out that he was married, but divorced and had 2 sons.

Paul joined the Air force in 1975, and was honorably   discharged in 1979. Paul was a loving and caring man. He thought about others always. Paul seem to have never met a stranger, he became a member of Narcotic's Anonymous and was able to get along with mostly everyone he came in contact with. Paul made sure that the lobby, where he lived was always clean. He made sure the meetings were set up and ready for the members to come and have coffee and a seat. He did this for years.

Paul unfortunately in August had to go into Rehabilitation Center (Norwood Towers) where he and I met some great Nurses, and Aids that took good care of him. That was Paul's home until he departed this life on June 9, 2025, at 8:31 am.

I'm humbled and grateful for my time that I was able to spend with him.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
