It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Patty Jo Smith, age 68, of Fairfield, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 19, 2025, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   She was born on Wednesday, August 22, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on  Saturday, January 25, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

Interment will follow at Landmark Memorial Gardens, 1600 Glendale Milford Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45215.
