Patsy Sue Worthington, age 81, of Florence, Kentucky,  passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, in Edgewood, Kentucky.  She was born January 11, 1940, in Owenton, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Calvert and Bertha Wilson and two brothers, Johnny Wilson and Joseph Wilson.

Patsy leaves her memories to be cherished by: her two children, Richard Worthington and Karen Stansberry (Glenn); four grandchildren, Casey Woodard, Cameron Stansberry, Lauren Stansberry and Shelby Worthington and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm, on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the First Church of Christ - Burlington, 6080 Camp Ernst Road, Burlington, KY 41094.  The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.

Interment will follow at Richwood Presbyterian Cemetery, 1070 Richwood Road, Walton, KY 41008
