Patricia Ann Prisock, age 70, passed away Friday, February 3, 2017, in Forest Park , Ohio. She was born August 28, 1946, in Columbus, Georgia. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on February 14, 2017, at the Southern Baptist Church. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
