Patricia Eileen O' Hara was born January 5th, 1948 to the union of the late Samuel and Josephine O' Hara. Patricia (affectionately known as "Pat") grew up in the West End of Cincinnati, Ohio and attended St. Joseph Elementary. She would later attend Our Lady of Angels High School, where she graduated in 1966. Patricia went right into the workforce, working for Central Trust Bank as a teller. She remained there until she was offered a position with the City of Cincinnati as an administrator until she retired after 27 years of employment. Patricia was a devout Catholic, who confessed to Christ and was baptized at an early age. She was a devoted patron of St. Peter in Chains Cathedral, where she attended until her illness prevented her in doing so. She was a loving mother, daughter, sister, cousin, friend, and Godmother to many. Pat had the most beautiful and infectious smile. Her sense of humor was second to none, causing those in her presence to cry with laughter. Patrica will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory her only son, Kenneth Patrick Burt; sister, Ella "Tiny" Evans, her God children, and a beautiful host of family and friends. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at the St. Peter In Chains Cathedral , 325 West 8th St. , Cincinnati (45202). The Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery - New , 4500 Foley Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238.
